   This page will give you an idea of what’s happening in the various RHCN member neighborhoods in Rock Hill. We’ll list a brief description along with a few interesting facts about each neighborhood. If there’s a special event happening in your neighborhood, let us know and we’ll get it posted for you.

The Amber Ridge Homeowners Association is bounded by the Amber Ridge subdivision. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st Tuesday of every other month. The location varies.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Amber Ridge Homeowners Association area.

The Aragon Mill Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Lucas & Hill Sts, Cedar St., Piedmont St., and Kuykendall St. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. every six weeks. The location is First Christian Church Gym, 110 Laurens St.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Aragon Mill Neighborhood Association area.

The Ashley Park Homeowners Association is bounded by the Ashley Park subdivision. Meetings are annually and as needed. The location is the gatehouse on the cul de sac.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Ahsley Park Homeowners Association area.

The Atherton Place Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Manchester Village subdivision. Meetings are annually and as needed. The location is Manchester Meadows.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Atherton Place Neighborhood Association area.

The Avondale Terrace Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Avondale Terrace subdivision. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st Sunday of every even month. The location varies.

The Beaty Estates Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Beaty Estates subdivision, including Richmond Dr. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st Monday of every even month. The location is the Teen Health Center in the Winthrop Commons Mall.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Beaty Estates Neighborhood Association area.

The Boyd Hill Neighborhood Watch is bounded by Richland Street to Hickory Lane, and Cherry Road to the Boyd Hill Apartments. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (no meeting in August) at the Boyd Hill Neighborhood Center.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Boyd Hill Neighborhood Association area.

The Brandyhill Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Avondale Terrace subdivision. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st Sunday of every even month. The location varies.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Brandyhill Neighborhood Association area.

The Crawford Road South Neighborhood Association is bounded by Robinson Road to Blanche Circle, and Pickney to the railroad tracks. Meetings are at 5:00 p.m. on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 1404 Crawford Road.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Crawford Road South Neighborhood Association area.

The Creekside Homeowner’s Association is bounded by the Creekside subdivision. Meetings are annually at 4:00 p.m. on the 1st Saturday in March and are held at Epiphany Church, located at 2370 West Main Street.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Creekside Homeowners Association area.

The Cross Creek Condominium Owners Association is bounded by the Crosscreek Condominiums subdivision. The Board meets annually on the 3rd Sunday in Jan. at 4:00 p.m. The location is 791 Bridgewood Dr. (Spaghetti house).

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Cross Creek Condominium Owners Association area.

The East Town Neighborhood Association, or ETNA, is one of the founding members of the RHCN and is bounded by Elizabeth Lane, Jones Avenue, East White, and East Black Streets. It contains the Reid Street-Confederate Avenue-East Main Street Historic District. East Town begins only one block from the center of Rock Hill, SC – the intersection of Main Street and Oakland Avenue. Contained in our neighborhood are several hundred residences, several churches, businesses and professional offices, as well as a brand new school for 4-year-old children. We also boast some truly wonderful homes from the early 1920s and 1930s, many of which are being restored by their owners. That, along with plenty of 100-year-old oak trees, makes this neighborhood a uniquely charming area of Rock Hill. ETNA meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. The location may vary during the summer but is usually in one of the classrooms of Park Baptist Church, located at 717 East Main Street. Please come join us and see why we think our neighborhood is a great place to live!

The Ebenezer Oakland Park Neighborhood Association is bounded by the 100 block of Ebenezer, the 200-500 block of Oakland Avenue, and the 300-400 block of Union Avenue. Meeting information is currently unavailable.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Ebenezer Oakland Park Neighborhood Association area.

The Fewell Park Neighborhood Association includes all areas between India Hook Road and Ebenezer Avenue. This neighborhood contains the Fewell Park Neighborhood Center and Park, which includes a covered picnic and cooking area surrounded by trees, a walking trail, tennis courts, playground equipment, and a championship quality disc golf course. This course was designed and built by Rock Hill’s own INNOVA Disc Golf, a locally owned company which designs disc golf courses and manufactures disc golf equipment that it distributes world-wide. Meetings are held quarterly at the Fewell Park Neighborhood Center.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Atherton Place Neighborhood Association area.

The Finely Rd. & Pine Terrace Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Pine Terrace subdivision. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 1st Sunday of every even month. The location varies.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Finley Road & Pine Terrace Neighborhood Association area.

The Gallant Meadows Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Gallant Meadows Subdivision off 161 Bypass & Mt. Gallant. Annual meetings are in October; Board meets bi-monthly. The location for the annual meeting is in the gazebo at front neighborhood entrance.Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Gallant Meadows Neighborhood Association area.

The Hagins-Fewell Community Group is bounded by Sunset Drive to Wilson Street, and Roddey Street to Allen Street (including Reynolds Street). This neighborhood is located only 4 blocks from the center of Rock Hill, SC. It is the subject of the Arcade Mill Clean-Up Project and is currently undergoing huge changes in the form of massive upgrades and improvements to storm water and drainage systems, sewer systems, electrical service updates, and a host of other projects. When completed, the Hagins-Fewell neighborhood will be a vital part of the Old Town Redevelopment Project of Rock Hill, as well as the pride of the residents in this area! Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Hagins Street Neighborhood Resource Center.

The Harlinsdale Homeowners Association is bounded by the Harlinsdale Subdivision located off India Hook Rd. & 161 Bypass. Annual meetings are in the 2nd week of November. The location for the annual meeting is the Magnolia Room in Laurel Creek.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Harlinsdale Homeowners Association area.

The Heathwood Homeowners Association is bounded by the Heathwood subdivision. Meetings are annually on the 4th Monday in February and are held at the Fewell Park Neighborhood Center.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Heathwood Homeowner’s Association area.

The Laney Terrace Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Laney Terrace subdivision. Their fish fry for National Night Out each year has become legendary throughout the city. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 4th Monday of each month and are held at the Emmett Scott Center.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Laney Terrace Neighborhood Association area.

The Longview Oaks Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Longview Oaks subdivision. Meetings are held quarterly. The location is the Boyd Hill Center.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Longview Oaks Neighborhood Association area.

The Marshall Estates Neighborhood Association is bounded by Eighth, Belinda, Marshall, & Flint Streets, from Marshall Street to the Workman Street Apartment Complex. Meetings are at 6:00 p.m. on the 1st Monday of each month in various neighbors’ homes.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Marshall Estates Neighborhood Association area.

The Matthews Estates Neighborhood Association is bounded by India Hook to Gracewood/Hollythorne NB and Ebinport to Kallaramo Rd. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 4th Tuesday of every even month. The location is 1776 Kallaramo Rd.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Matthews Estates Neighborhood Association area.

The Meadow Lakes II Homeowners Association is bounded by the Meadow Lakes II subdivision. Meetings are annually in November. The Board meets 1st Monday of each month at 8:00 p.m. The location is the Meadow Lakes II clubhouse.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Meadow Lakes II Homeowners Association area.

The Oakhurst Homeowners Association is bounded by the Oakhurst subdivision. Meetings are annually at 3:00 p.m. on the 2nd Sunday of November. The location is homes of Board Members.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Oakhurst Homeowners Association area.

The Patriot Parkway Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Patriot Parkway apartment complex. Meeting information is currently unavailable.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Patriot Parkway Neighborhood Association area.

The Pecan Grove Neighborhood Association is bounded by Pecan Circle, Welch St., Adkins Ave., and Evans Ave. Meeting information is currently unavailable.

The Pineridge Estates Neighborhood Association is made up of all properties on Mulberry Circle plus 3 houses on Main Street. Meetings are monthly and are held at 1692 Mulberry Circle.

The Rabun Community Watch borders are Rabun Lane, Rabun Circle, west of Rogers Memorial Church to the corner of Gatewood, and also includes 1 house on Gatewood. The group was formed in 1990 out of a neighborhood interest in combating crime in the area and a basic desire to watch out for each other. The neighborhood is committed to always striving toward a safe and caring community and keeping all lines of communications open to each individual in the neighborhood. They are also committed to the preservation and improvement of the residential areas in the City of Rock Hill. The Community Watch encompasses 65 families and is a close-knit and caring community made up of people from all walks of life. The neighborhood holds community yard sales and an annual picnic. General meetings of Rabun Community Watch are held monthly, the 3rd Thursday at Rogers Memorial Church on Eden Terrace.

The Ravencroft Homeowner’s Association is bounded by the Ravencroft subdivision. Meetings are annually in mid-September; 7:00 p.m. dinner at a local restaurant, followed by a business meeting.

The Rawlinson Acres II Neighborhood Association is comprised of properties located within the boundaries of Rawlinson Acres II development, both Phase I and Phase II – bordered on the South by Main Street (SC Hwy. 5) and on the West by the Rock Hill city limits. RAII is located directly across from Northwestern high school and the Rock Hill Applied Technology Center. There is a walk-through access to York Road elementary school on Main Street. The neighborhood contains approximately 170 residences and is heavily wooded with mature trees. There are also several natural ravines separating residential sections and providing beautiful natural greenery. The first homes were built in the 1980s.
The neighborhood women’s social group, Ladybirds, organizes a fall Wine and Cheese Social, Halloween Parade, Christmas Luminary night and a Spring Picnic. Ladybirds also provides and maintains a directory of residents names, addresses, phone numbers, jobs, hobbies, interests, and skills information. This directory is available to all residents and facilitates neighbors getting to know each other and sharing interests and skills.
There is an active Neighborhood Association that meets annually in the fall to elect officers and conduct business. The neighborhood association is supported by voluntary payment of annual dues of $50 per household, which are used for upkeep of our common grounds, communication expenses, cost of social activities and means to address issues supported by the membership.
Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Rawlinson Acres II Neighborhood Association area.

Rollingwood is located off Mt. Gallant Road, just north of Celanese Road, and is surrounded by Gallant Meadows to the south and the new Norwood Ridge subdivision to the north. There are 93 homes in this 5 year old, all residential subdivision. Our homeowners association was established in 2003. Rollingwood is a very friendly neighborhood where one can often find children riding bikes and people walking their dogs.

The Seven Oaks Homeowners Association is bounded by Springsteen and Seven Oaks Blvd. Meetings are monthly. The location varies among homes of residents.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Seven Oaks Homeowners Association area.

Seventeen Acres Neighborhood Association’s boundaries are Charlotte Ave. to Ascot Ridge & Sumter to Beverly. Meeting are at 8:00 p.m. on the 3rd Monday of each month at homes various residents.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Seventeen Acres Neighborhood Association area.

The South Central Neighborhood Association’s boundaries are Crawford Rd. to Saluda Rd. to Carolina Ave. Ext. to Marion St. Meetings are at 6:30 p.m. on the 4th Monday of each month at the Community Church – 315 Little St.Currently there are no special events scheduled in the South Central Neighborhood Association area.

The Spencer Estates Neighborhood Association boundaries are East Main Street to Spencer Street, and Eastwood Drive to Princeton Road and South Anderson Road. Spencer Estates is one of the founding members of the RHCN and is very active throughout the year. Meetings are at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month (no meetings in June, July, or December) at Belleview school. The neighborhood now boasts the first Dog Park in the City of Rock Hill. Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Spencer Estates Neighborhood Association area.

The Stafford Park Neighborhood Association is bounded by the Stafford Park subdivision. Meetings are annually in October. The location varies. Stafford Park hosts an annual Christmas Lights Event each year that has become known throughout the area. Details are on their Facebook page.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Stafford Park Neighborhood Association area.

The Stonewall Neighborhood Association is bounded by Spruce St. to Albright Rd; Locust St. to Arch St. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of every even month at Eppworth United Methodist Church.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Stonewall Neighborhood Association area.

The Stonewood Neighborhood is bounded by Stonewood HOA. HOA Board meetings are every other month and the Annual HOA meeting is in April.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Stonewood Neighborhood area.

The Sunset Park Neighborhood Association is bounded by Heckle Blvd./Friedheim to RR tracks, Scoggins to Friedheim, to Heckle Blvd. Meetings are at 5:00 p.m. on the 1st Thursday of every even month. The location is Sunset Park Elementary School – 1036 Ogden Rd.

Currently there are no special events scheduled in the Sunset Park Neighborhood Association area.

The Crossing Neighborhood Association is bounded by The Crossing and Lowell Trace subdivision. Meetings are as needed. The location is York Road Elementary School.

The Tyson’s Forest Homeowner’s Association is bounded by the Tyson’s Forest subdivision. Meetings are annually, board meetings are monthly at the Boyd Hill Center.
