   We’re always happy to hear from folks who value neighborhoods and want to preserve a spirit of community in their own neighborhood or city. We’ll be glad to answer any questions about ourselves, how to form a Council of Neighborhoods in your city, or any other neighborhood related questions. Please remember that it might take a short time to answer your e-mail, since all of us at the RHCN are volunteers and do this on our own time.
